Since day one, Cucina carnevale has been about spreading happiness through great food! We focus on a menu of Italian classics, with an emphasis on pizza and pasta! with every recipe we try to find a delicious balance between old world Italian food, and the more familiar Italian-american staples that we all grew up eating! For us, this balance really comes down to using the best Californian ingredients we can get our hands on, then using traditional Italian technique to make a delicious product! Our menu is constantly changing with the seasons and can be modified to suit our customers requests! We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to any scenario and would love to make you a meal that you will never forget!
